What it does

A Claude Code skill for changing existing projects without breaking them. Every edit stays inside a scope you approve first, and small targeted diffs are preferred over rewrites.

  • Six commands: init, sync, fix, improve, refactor and recover
  • Rates each change Low, Medium or High blast radius, and escalates for auth, schema, billing and critical files
  • Keeps project memory in .iterate/, synced into CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md so agents know what is protected

How to use it

  1. Run init on your project. It checks for git, creates the .iterate/ memory files and adds a protection block to CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md.
  2. Use fix, improve, refactor or recover for the matching type of change.
  3. Run sync after the memory files change.

Requires Claude Code and git.
